    What happens when you express interest in the service?

    We will contact you as soon as possible to arrange a short meeting, where we will clarify expectations and possibilities for cooperation. If we agree to work together, we will prepare a tailored price offer based on your needs and budget.

    How does the implementation process work?

    Usually within 14 days after signing the contract. The key to success is internal communication – that’s why we help you promote the service among employees using clear and visual materials. We take care of everything. From your side, we will only need assistance with distributing information to employees.

    Who pays for which level of service?

    Services provided by our internal experts are fully covered by the employer within the EAP framework. If an external specialist is needed, we connect you with trusted professionals with excellent references. The cost of these services is then covered either by the employee or the employer, depending on the agreement between them.

    What does the service mean for employees?

    Free and anonymous access to professional help — psychological, legal, and financial. Employees can reach us via email, phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or any other agreed channel. The availability of the service is determined by you.

    For what size companies is the service suitable?

    The size does not matter. We help small teams as well as large operations. The service is always tailored to your possibilities.

    Who can use the service? Only employees or also their family?

    Primarily, the service is intended for employees, but at the client’s request, it can be extended to their family members, for example, partners, children, or parents. This significantly strengthens loyalty and a sense of security.

    How do you protect employees’ sensitive data?

    All communication is confidential and protected. We comply with GDPR principles, and the employer never receives any personal information about who used the service or the specifics of their issues. The only exception is when an employee wishes to involve HR or company management in resolving their situation.

    How do we receive feedback?

    We provide anonymized reports at regular intervals, such as the number of calls, most common topics, or average response time. These reports help HR and management see the tangible benefits of the service.

    What if we already have our own psychologists or other employee services?

    Our helpline can be set up as a complement to your existing services. We can act as a central point helping employees navigate available support and directing them to the right place, whether it’s us or your internal experts.

    Is the service available in other languages?

    Yes. Most services are available in Czech and English without any issues. If you need support in another language, we can arrange specialists who can provide the service in those languages as well. Just let us know.
